We take all precautionary measures to prevent infection & avoid exposure to the COVID-19 virus. We follow all CDC, local & state guidelines for conducting business in a safe manner. When meeting with clients we will wear a face covering (if required), practice social distancing, and sanitize frequently.
Masks and social distancing will be optional for fully vaccinated shoppers. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are expected to wear a face covering that covers your nose and mouth. We also ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry, and practice social distancing at all times.
We will conduct an on-site pre-sale inspection to determine best scope of service to meet your needs. Our estate sale service can be conducting on-premise or on-line through the use of a virtual platform. When appropriate we may blend the two sales formats to maximize the best return on your estate sale.
We will inspect and review your personal property and may come to an agreement to place items up for consignment for a pre-determined timeframe. Your consigned personal property will be listed for sale on various online platforms to maximize exposure to potential buyers.
We will conduct an on-site assessment of your personal property with you and may come to a mutual agreement at an agreed upon price to either purchase the entire estate or a selection of your personal property.

We will conduct a pre-inspection of your property and submit a proposal for clean out services which could include junk and household trash removal, along with any charitable donation drop-off or pick up.

We will conduct an on-site walk through of your personal property and assess all tasks associated with your pack out needs, including supplies and manpower needed for the pack out. The quote we provide you will be for end to end coordination service. When you hire us you will have an assigned coordinator that will act as a project manager and liaison between out team and the packing and moving crew, along with coordinating any storage needs.
